- Staggered delivery of any products to customers (e.g. customer orders placed on a weekday will be staggered and shipped in one go to reduce CO2 footprint)

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We provide safe, secure, and prompt shipping to almost every part of the UK. a few states in the US and Taiwan. All of our products are shipped using certified reliable packaging. We ship with several prominent delivery companies to offer our customers the most reliable and cost-effective methods. So rest assured that you can buy favourite single malt whisky online with peace of mind.

Shipping rates are based on the weight, destination, and insured value of the shipped dram. You can see the precise shipping cost quotes and various delivery options at the Checkout. 

Delivery

Any claim for loss or damage must be made in writing within 5 days of receipt of the invoice.

Goods should be received within 30 days of the order being placed unless another date has been agreed or stated.  If goods are not received within this deadline, the consumer is entitled to cancel the order and claim a full refund.

Delivery to UK, USA and Taiwan depends on the parcel dimensions and is calculated automatically at the checkout.

Usually, we ship with UPS, DPD, DHL, ROYAL MAIL, EVRi or TNT Express.

In exceptional circumstances where beer, wine and spirits are delivered outside of the UK, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to confirm that the alcohol can be imported into the country of delivery and to pay all local customs duties and taxes associated with the shipment. Please contact your local customs authorities before placing the order to verify if your alcohol order can be imported into your country of origin.
