The first legal distillery on the Hebridean Isle of Raasay. The magical Isle of Raasay lies off the West coast of Scotland in the Inner Hebrides, separated from the Isle of Skye by a short 25 minute ferry journey.

 Our signature Isle of Raasay Single Malt is lightly peated balanced with rich dark fruit flavours. Matured in six signature casks as part of our unique six-part maturation, creating real depth and complexity. Our handcrafted Scottish island gin combines ten carefully chosen botanicals, including Raasay juniper, rhubarb root, sweet orange peel and our double distilled spirit. The result is dry, zesty and refreshingly smooth.

 Part of our distillery’s ethos is to produce, mature, bottle and market every drop of spirit directly from the island. This seeks to maximise the influence of the island on the spirit, and the distillery on the island. The distillery now employs more than 25 people on the island and the average age of the Raasay workforce is approximately 30 years old. An early indicator of creating inter-generational values and making sure this special island of 161 people continues to thrive.
